Rules and regulations for the use of the flats available on Aprent - flat rental and management (forming an integral part of the rental contract)
IN ORDER TO PROVIDE YOU WITH THE BEST POSSIBLE SERVICE - THE FLAT RENTERS WILL BE VERY GRATEFUL FOR YOUR PROPER COOPERATION AND OBSERVANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
the flat is rented for nights. A day begins at 16.00 on the day of rental and ends at 10.00 on the following day. In the event of a possible arrival before 4.00 p.m., the landlords do not guarantee the accommodation.
Reservation of the flat will be valid on condition that the deposit is paid within 72 h after making the reservation, and the remaining amount for the stay in the flat must be paid in full 3 days before arrival. The amounts indicated above are non-refundable (non-refundable offer).
The accommodation provider reserves that the only price valid for the lessee is the price valid on the day and time of the booking, as the price list may change at any time and under any price conditions, e.g. Last Minute, First Minute, etc.
The accommodation provider reserves the right that the number of persons staying in the flat with the lessee may not exceed the number of persons declared at the time of booking. The hirer will be charged a contractual penalty corresponding to 150% of the price of the stay if more persons than the applicable maximum number stay in the flat.
At the time of checking in at the flat, the tenant(s) are asked to present an identity card in order to make a record of the basic data necessary for the execution of the rental agreement.
in the event of failure to arrive at the address of the flat by 11:59 p.m. on the day of commencement of the planned stay - the reservation will be cancelled, the tenant will not be entitled to a refund of the amount paid and the flat will be put up for re-sale.
a security deposit of PLN 500 (card/cash) must be paid prior to the commencement of rental and will be refunded no later than 3 working days after the end of your stay in the flat. The condition for the return of the security deposit is that the flats are left in good order, in an undamaged condition and that all items of equipment in the flat (including household appliances and consumer electronics) are left in a condition suitable for further use. Defects not reported within 2 hours of handing over/collecting the keys may be the basis for charging the customer for them.
The local tax is charged in PLN per day per person and is payable on site in accordance with the rules of the municipality where the flat is located.
for the purpose of executing the agreement the tenant (guest) will receive on arrival the codes: to the entrance gate to the premises of the building, to the staircase and the key box to the flat door. The tenant (guest) is obliged not to make the codes and keys available to any third party, with the exception of persons who are staying in the flat with him/her for the duration of the stay.
The Tenant (guest) is obliged to contact the Landlord or a person designated by the Landlord in order to specify the check-out time from the flat - one day before the planned departure at the latest.
In the flat, the following applies: ○ curfew from 10 pm to 6 am; ○ no smoking (except on the balcony); ○ no pets (applies to selected flats - please contact us for details); ○ no organised events, e.g. stag and hen parties and other special events.
in the event that the tenant (guest) grossly violates the peace and/or welfare of neighbours and does not observe the generally applicable norms of coexistence between household members and guests - the landlord reserves the right to terminate the tenant (guest) stay in the flat with immediate effect. In such a situation, the tenant (guest) will not be entitled to a refund for the unused period of stay.
The accommodation provider is not obliged to refund the amount due for the stay in the event that the lessee cancels the stay or shortens it.
The accommodation provider is not liable for the loss or theft of the following belonging to the Lessee and left in the flat: money, securities, valuables and other items and valuables (e.g. items of scientific and artistic value).
The Lessee (guest) shall bear full financial liability for any damage or destruction of the objects of equipment and technical devices in the flat caused by him or her or by visitors and persons.
In a rented property, the tenant (guest) is obliged to: ○ pay by bank transfer the fee for the total stay up to 3 days before arrival ○ hand over the flat at the end of the stay and return the keys to the Landlord or an authorised person ○ to leave cleaned dishes and kitchen utensils before departure, as these activities are not included in the final cleaning of the flat, otherwise the Landlord will charge the Tenant (guest) the amount of PLN 50.
the Lessee (guest) undertakes to use the fireplace only during his/her presence in the flat (also applies to electric fireplaces). It is forbidden to leave a lit fire in the fireplace without personal supervision.
Third parties not registered in the flat may only stay in the flat with the consent of the Landlord.
the Tenant (guest) shall notify the Landlord or a person authorised by the Landlord of any damage or faults and other technical defects to the Suite immediately upon discovery.
The Landlord reserves the right that not all decorative elements visible in the photographs used for the photo shoot are available.
If objects belonging to the guest are found in the flat and left behind after the guest's departure, they may be returned to the indicated address at the guest's expense.
Any kind of rearrangement of the flat or moving the furniture to the terrace or balcony is not permitted.
reservation by telephone or e-mail between 09:00 and 18:00 (RECEPTION).
the hirer (guest) is obliged to respond to every attempt at contact made by the landlord.
In the event of losing keys to the flat the Lessee (guest) shall bear the cost of PLN 50, and in the event of a remote control to the garage door - PLN 200.
The court competent to settle any disputes between the Lessor and the Lessee (guest) shall be the court with jurisdiction over the seat of the Lessor.
In cases not covered by these Regulations the provisions of the Polish Civil Code shall apply.
PAYMENT PRINCIPLES Payment of the deposit for the stay can be made:
● by traditional bank transfer to the account specified in the booking confirmation ● directly from the website by online payment tpay
The remaining amount is payable up to 3 days before arrival.
