This corner apartment is located on the first floor of the building. It features a large balcony with garden furniture, especially recommended for guests who value beautiful views and a safe stay. The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a living room with a sofa bed. A fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator, and drip coffee maker ensures easy meal preparation and a comfortable stay. The apartment also includes an iron and vacuum cleaner. A functional bathroom with a shower, as well as a washing machine and dryer, ensures comfort even during longer stays. Also noteworthy is the complete range of accessories and items useful for a seaside vacation, such as deckchairs and a windbreak, which are provided upon request.

1. Sort and dispose of the trash from the bins in the kitchen and bathroom. The Garbage bin is located in front of the building.
2. Wash the dishes or start the dishwasher.
3. Remove all items from the refrigerator—please do not leave any food behind.We entrust our apartments to you and wish you a pleasant stay.

The apartment is equipped with, among other things:-A Kärcher vacuum cleaner, A clothes drying rack, An iron, hair dryer, and ironing board, a mop, a kettle, a drip coffee maker, a flat TV.
